About me


From as far as i can remember sport, fitness and health have been a part of my life.


Over the years, my passion for fitness became so strong that I have decided to pursue a career as Personal Trainer to share my passion with others and help people in their fitness journey. 

I have trained in many disciplines including Taekwondo, Capoeira, Samba, Pilates.

But my preference goes for lifting weights in the gym.

Fitness is for me the key to a fit, healthy and strong mind and body.

I also have a keen interest interest in Nutrition and cannot promote enough the importance of an healthy and balance diet.
