What a better opportunity than a fresh New Year to start or keep on moving his body by exercising.

We designed this 14 DAYS WORKOUT CHALLENGE with no or MINIMAL EQUIPEMENT, in order to make it accessible from anywhere.

You are travelling, you don't have gym membership,  you prefer to train from the comfort of your home ... no excuses ! This challenge can be done from anywhere.

If you are beginners and don't know how to start your journey, if you haven't train for a while and want to go back in track or if you are intermediate and already working out, this challenge is for you.
