Feel free to try and enjoy this free access WORKOUTS designed with no or MINIMAL EQUIPEMENT, in order to make it accessible from anywhere.

You are travelling, you don't have gym membership,  you prefer to train from the comfort of your home ... no excuses ! This workouts can be done from anywhere.

If you are beginners and don't know how to start your journey, if you haven't train for a while and want to go back in track or if you are intermediate and already working out, this is for you.

AMRAP 30 MINUTES

12 x Pushups

12 & 1/4 x Band Squats

15 x Burpees

40 sec x Side Plank (each side)

20 x Alternating Lunges

30 x Russian Twists

10 x Single Leg Glutes Bridges (each side)

20 x Crunches

WHAT IS AMRAP ?

As Many Rounds As Possible.

Perfom the exercises and number of reps indicated, back to back with not rest in the between. 

At the ends of the circuits repeat the full circuits and so on for 30 minutes.

Try to do as many rounds as you can !
